How to Create a Scheduled Report

How to create Scheduled Reports for your Facebook Ads. 

  1. Click on Facebook Accounts in the lefthand sidebar. 
  2. Click on an active Facebook Ad account.
  3. Viewing campaigns below, select the blue Manage button at far right. 

  4. Select New Scheduled Report. Here you can choose the Time Period, Report Type, Frequency type (CSV, XLSX, PDF). Choose a report name, report notes, and craft the email (subject, body, recipients. 

    Yes - you can set up scheduled reports to automatically be received by your clients!
